    2. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
    3. Returns:

      Please contact us within 5 business days of receipt of product at contact@kayceescosmetics.com. We will provide you with return authorization number and return instructions. We won’t be able to track returns otherwise, so please contact us before shipping things back to us. Any expenses for shipping the product backto us, will be incurred by the customer.
      Each item being returned is expected in original packaging and in unused – original condition. We reserve the right to reject refund, in case, the items returned are trashed or not in original condition

    4. Refund

      Upon receipt of returned item, we will contact you via email to acknowledge the receipt, approval/rejection of refund, and process accordingly.

      Once your refund is approved, it will be automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4 -5 business days (depending on your bank’s policy).Upon process of refund, we will provide you with a real expected date of credit.     5. Late or missing refunds

      This is the rarest possible scenario. Just in case, we are in this situation, please reach out to us at email address. Please remove further steps of contacting bank and what not.

    6. Sale Item

      All sale items are a final sale. No exchanges or refunds honored on them.

    8. Shipping

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

      If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
